Polska 1944 (36) - RONA. Poland 1944 (36) - RONA

Today something I did not paint completely, only few details. As I have mentioned about it yesterday I bought from Jim Duncan a few vehicles, but together with them I had to take some German infantry. I wasn't quite happy with the collor of the uniforms and the weapons, but when I was checking my books, I found the picture of the RONA soldiers. And the color of the figures was very close to this on the picture. So I have changed the colors of the weapons, from panzergrau for dunkelgelb, added some RONA insignia on their shoulders, and here I have a new fraction.

All figures are based for Rapid Fire games. According to them it is whole battalion (I will never need more than this, if yes, Bill Gilchrist always have some available for the game). I'm not sure if the presence of so many AT weapons such as panzerfaust and panzerschreck is historically correct, but for me is ok. They cannot die to quick...
