Holiday inventory. Urlopowy remanent.

This is a very light post today. I had to take a holiday (it's nearly the end of the financial year) from work and due to our beloved NHS and waiting for surgery, I had to stay home. This is an excellent time to make an inventory of figures and models. Within a week I was able to review most of the collection. I also had to make some repairs. But thanks to this I know what I have and what else I need. The side effect is that I created separate pages for each part of my collection. Now it will be easier to answer if such a question arises. You can also see what I have, here is the list:

To dobry moment by zrobić remanent w figurkach.

There was also one game. Last week our Club Thursday was moved to Tuesday when we had the debut of my 54mm miniatures. However, we also met in a smaller group at Mike's. There we tested Valour&Fortitude again. This time with better QRS and better knowledge of the rules. Mike suggested the Quatre-Bras scenario and we played the game with heavily proxied figures (we used Mike's 15mm available figures, so very mixed-in periods). It ended in a draw, with an indication of the Tricolor. The French crossed the river and the British and their allies tried to stop them, which was not necessarily successful. However, they defended the main road and the farm at the cost of losing 2 brigades (both allied ;)). As for the rules, my opinion has mostly stayed the same. Excellent fast paced game but lacks historical realism.

Była też jedna gra. W zeszłym tygodniu nasz klubowy czwartek przeniesiono na wtorek, kiedy mieliśmy debiut moich figurek w skali 54mm. JEdnakże spotaklismy się też w mniejszym gronie u Mike. Tam jeszcze raz przetestowaliśmy Valour&Fortitude. Tym razem z lepszymi QRS i chyba lepszą znajomością zasad. Mike zaproponował scenariusz Quatre Brae i z mocno proksowanymi figurkami zagraliśmy grę.

By the way, I still waiting for the date from NHS...
