Polska 1944 (24); Poland 1944 (24) - SS

Tym razem przedstawiam gotową piechotę SS. Są to figurki od Valianta, piechota niemiecka w Normadii, których pomalowałem jako oddziały SS dla mojego projektu Polska 1944. Generalnie figurki tego producenta odznaczają się dużo większymi rozmiarami od pozostałych figurek w skali 20mm, jednak na stole nie ma to zasadniczego znaczenia. Część prezentowanych poniżej figurek miała już możliwość sprawdzenia się w boju (bitwa o Chrzęszczyżewoszyce) i między innymi przyczyniła się do zatrzymania bezpośredniego natarcia sowieckiego na wieś. Przy okazji zdjęć stwierdziłem, że nie wszystkie figurki dokładnie pokryły się Purity Seal od Citadeli, stąd co niektóre mogą się błyszczeć. Tak przy okazji nadmienię, że w końcu rozwiązałem problem szronienia tego preparatu. Problemem okazała się temperatura dozownika - była zbyt niska. Obecnie przed użyciem wkładam puszkę do ciepłej wody (nie gorącej!!!) i zostawiam na około 3-4 minuty, aż puszka nabierze odpowiedniej temperatury. Figurki dostaną jeszcze jeden wash, jak tylko do mnie dojedzie.
This time I presented  finished SS infantry. They are the Valiant figures, the German infantry in Normandie, which I painted as SS troops for my Poland 1944 project. Generally the figures from this producer are much bigger than the other 20mm, but on the table it looks good. Part of those soldiers already had the oportunity to check themselves in fighting (the battle of Chrzęszczyżewoszyce) and they managed to help in stoping the direct Soviet attack on the village. On the pictures I noticed that some of those models still need some more Purity Seal from Citadel, so that is the reason why some of them are a little to glossy. by the way, I solved the problem with frosting using this product. The main problem was the temperature of the can, too low. Now before I want to use it, I place the can to the warm water (not hot!!!) and leave for about 3-4 minutes, until the tin will not get the proper temperature. All figures will receive one more wash, as soon as I will receive the bottle.
