FIW: Blockhouse.

Today, very short report from our last game. Bill invited us for his Muskets and Tomahawks game. This time it was the British settlement, somewhere in North American woods. It was attacked by allied forces of French and Indians. Colonist has to survive till the expected reinforcements will arrive. Nothing new, beside the fact, that Bill bring his impressive blockhouse, which became the main point of the game.

Dzisiaj bardzo krótki raport z ostatniej gry. Bill zaprosił nas do swojej kolejnej gry z zasadami Muskets and Tomahawks. Tym razem była to brytyjska osada, gdzieś w północno amerykańskich lasach. Została ona zaatakowana przez połączone siły Francuzów i Indian. Koloniści musieli przeżyć do czasu przybycia oczekiwanych posiłków. Nic nowego, oprócz faktu, że Bill przyniósł swój imponujący blockhouse, który stał się głównym punktem gry.

As I mentioned above it was French and Indian (Peter and Campbell) raid on British settlement defended by Angus, who was waiting for reinforcements lead by myself. Indians and French from the beginning started the massive attack. Soon all Civilians had to retreat to the blockhouse together with defenders, to look for a shelter. In the same time inviders started to burn the buildings. Soon the situation of the British was very serious and the reinforcements did not arrived yet (mostly because of my terrible dicing). Finally they arrived but I got the phone from home about some accident and had to finish the game . Later I got the new, that the blockhouse remain in British hands, however the game was won by French and Indians.

Jak wspomniałem powyżej to był francusko indiański (Peter i Campbell) rajd na brytyjską osadę bronioną przez Angusa, który oczekiwał na posiłki dowodzone przeze mnie. Indianie i Francuzi od początku zaczęli od zmasowanego ataku. Wkrótce wszyscy cywile wraz z obrońcami musieli uciekać do blockhause'u, by szukać tam schronienia. W tym samym czasie atakujący rozpoczęli palenie budynków. Wkrótce sytuacja Brytyjczyków była bardzo krytyczna a posiłki nie nadchodziły (głównie dzięki moim złym na to rzutów). W końcu one nadeszły, ale ja otrzymałem z domu telefon o małym wypadku i musiałem zakończyć grę. Później dowiedziałem się, że blockhouse pozostał w brytyjskich rękach, jednak całą gra zakończyła się francusko indiańskim zwycięstwem.
