Aces High! Asy przestworzy!

Blood Red Skies returns to our table. This time Michael's, Tim's and my collections are in action. 1940, somewhere on the coastline of South England. Germans have to bomb 2 of 3 objectives. RAF had to destroy more than half of Luftwaffe bombers. There were 4 aces in the game: Hartman and Priller on one side and Urbanowicz and Johnson on the other.

Blood Red Skies powraca na nasz stół. Tym razem w akcji kolekcje Michaela, Tima i moja. 1940, gdzieś na wybrzeżu południowej Anglii. Niemcy muszą zbombardować 2 z 3 celów. RAF musiał zniszczyć ponad połowę bombowców Luftwaffe. W grze było 4 asów: po jednej stronie Hartman i Priller, po drugiej Urbanowicz i Johnson.

3. The game. Gra.

This time our club was visited by a lovely couple from Belgium. They travel around Europe and if they can, they visit the wargame clubs. This time they visited ours. Sadly I don't remember their names, so if you reading this, could you leave them in the comments below, please? This time we put almost all the planes we have on the table. As usual, it was a bombing mission. We both started on the table edges. We managed to move both sides over half of the table, however, none got their objectives. German bombers didn't reach the targets and the RAF did not destroy any of the German bombers. There was only one Hurricane (British) down and the game finished with a draw.

Tym razem nasz klub odwiedziła przemiła para z Belgii, która podróżuje po Europie. Jeśli mają taką okazję odwiedzają oni kluby wargamigowe. Tym razem odwiedzili nasz. Niestety nie zapamiętałem ich imion... Tym razem na stole znalazły się prawie wszystkie samoloty, jakie posiadamy. Była to jak zawsze misja bombowa. Zaczęliśmy na krawędziach stołu i w ciągu gry przesunęliśmy nasze modele trochę za połowę stołu. Nikt też nie osiągnął zamierzonych celów gry. Niemieckie bombowce nie dotarły nad cel a RAF nie zestrzelił ani jednego bombowca. Zestrzelony został jedynie jeden Hurricane (brytyjski) i gra zakończyła się remisem.

Now there will be a temporary silence on my blog. The Royal Navy Club, which hosts our club in its building, had to cancel our weekly Thursdays and gave us Tuesday dates instead. Unfortunately, I'm working these days and I can't take part in any of the games. So I'll be back at the end of October. Maybe in the meantime, I will show you some new figures, if I finish them.

Teraz na moim blogu zapanuje tymczasowa cisza. Royal Navy Club, który gości nasz klub w swoim budynku musiał odwołać nasze cotygodniowe czwartki i dał nam w zamian termin we wtorki. Niestety w ten dni pracuję i nie mogę wziąć udziału w żadnej z gier. Powrócę więc pod koniec października. Być może w międzyczasie pokaże Wam kilka nowych figurek, o ile je skończę.
