Waterloo Great Game once again. Wielka Gra pod Waterloo raz jeszcze.

Today very short post. As Scotland is still under lockdown and in its phase 2 of easing the restrictions, so no gaming is allowed. However, this post will be about the past game. I'm talking about the Waterloo Great Game. Some time ago, on Youtube was published another movie about it. I decided to share it with you, as it is a great summary of that event. You can sometimes spot me during my hard umpiring work. Enjoy!

Dziś bardzo krótki wpis. W Szkocji nadal mamy kwarantannę, chociaż jesteśmy w fazie 2 łagodzenia ograniczeń, więc gry są wciąż zabronione. Jednakże dzisiejszy post będzie o minionej grze. Mam na myśli tutaj Wielką Grę pod Waterloo. Jakiś czas temu na Youtube pojawił się kolejny filmik o tej grze. Postanowiłem się z Wami nim podzielić, ponieważ doskonale podsumowuje całe to wydarzenie. Czasem, nawet widać mnie przy pracy jako jeden z prowadzących tą grę. Życzę miłego seansu!

Poland 1944 (#44) Germans again. Polska 1944 (cz. 44) Znowu Niemcy.

Fight with unfinished lead continues. After painting all Soviets, time for Germans. Sadly, I was able to paint only metal figures as all my 1p coins are finished, I will paint plastic later. We are still under lockdown and opening times for banks and queues to them in Scotland, successfully keep me away from them. The same is with other shops, especially the hobby, which are still closed. That caused the work with base edges I had to put on a later date. All figures are from Britannia Miniatures, Dixon Miniatures, Battlefield Miniatures and possible others. All my metal figures I bought ages ago from RIP Hugh and finally painted them all. 

Walka z nieukończonymi figurkami trwa. Po pomalowaniu wszystkich Sowietów, czas na Niemców. Niestety, nie mogłem pomalować wszystkich figurek, tylko metalowe, ponieważ zabrakło mi monet jedno pensowych i plastiki pomaluję później. Cały czas jesteśmy zamknięci i godziny otwarcia banków oraz kolejki pod nimi, skutecznie trzymają mnie z dala od nich. To samo jest ze sklepami hobbystycznymi, które wciąż są zamknięte. To zmusiło mnie do tego, że prace z krawędziami musiałem odłożyć na później. Wszystkie figurki pochodzą od Britannia Mianiatures, Dixon Miniatures, Battlefield Miniatures i pewnie kilku innych. Wszystkie moje metalowe figurki kupiłem wieki temu od śp Hugha i w końcu udało mi się je pomalować.

The last figure was one of the German officers with a pistol. However, I decided to make it in different colours as the Polish officer of the Home Army.
