Sulla vs Mithridates.

Last Thursday we had a big To the Strongest game. It was to celebrate Peter's new army, the army of Pontus. From small game it get converted into one massive, with 300 points on each side.
W ostatni czwartek mieliśmy wielką grę z użyciem zasad To the Strongest.

2. The game. Gra.

This time two strategic ways met on the table. The planned and that without any plan... When you deal with those kind of situation, you can expect disaster, but not this time. Our plan was to keep the centre as long as we could and try to break our opponent on their flanks. That strategy worked very well, however it did not gave us the result. Especially during last turns, when most of the Gallic units were almost broken and we failed our activations one after another. The Stalemate continued. Finally when Dax had to went home and was replaced by Jack, the game get some speed. Lucky Jack's hand caused the broke of the Pontic left flank and gave us victory. Roma invicta adhuc!
Ta z planem działania i ta bez planu... Szczęśliwa ręka Jack'a spowodowała złamanie lewego skrzydła armii pontyjskiej i zwycięstwo naszej stronie. Roma invicta adhuc!

  2. Fajne to zdjęcie nr. 7. Wyraźne. ;)
